Nanos Biomaterials (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Was established in June 2016 and is a subsidiary of Nanos Group.
The company is located in Suzhou high-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, medical device industrial park, China. Nanos Group Suzhou R & D and manufacturing base. The factory covers an area of 1100m² , with 10, 000 and 100, 000 grade GMP workshops over 500m² , and has a professional R & D and testing laboratory.
The company has introduced a full set of Japanese PTFE coating technology and equipment, and independently developed and improved coating processing and related supporting processes on this basis, and has owned and applied for more than a dozen intellectual property rights. Adhering to the quality policy of "focusing on quality, implementing system, customer first, continuous improvement", the company has passed ISO13485 and GMP certification.
We are dedicated to provide customers with high quality hypotube and PTFE/Parylene coating products and related supporting processing services comparable to imported manufacturers, including: PTFE coating, laser cutting, taper grinding, HUB integrated molding injection molding and other processing services. Our products are made of safe, high-quality raw materials, through mature processing technology and strict testing control, including: Appearance, size, physical properties, microbial, biocompatibility and other tests, to meet the safety requirements of interventional medical devices.
